Gene Binder was raised in the reformed branch of Judaism. He came to believe in Yeshua (Jesus) as the Jewish Messiah in 1984 and sees himself more Jewish today than ever before. He has been married to Andrea for over 34 years and they have two adult children. Gene is a graduate of Talbot Theological Seminary and helps the Cornerstone congregation to connect the dots between the Jewish and Christian faiths. Brian Carlucci :: Pastor of Transformissional Partnerships email
Brian grew up in a small town in southern Colorado with his parents and two younger brothers. He became a Christian in 7th grade at a student ministries activity. Brian is a former college athlete and is now a coach. Brian was called into Student Ministries in high school and began his ministry experience in college as a volunteer small group leader. In 2001 Brian graduated from the University of Northern Colorado with a degree in history, and is currently working towards his seminary degree. Brian is married to his beautiful wife Elyse and in February 2004 the couple had their first child, Cole and in December 2007 Austin joined the Carlucci family.

Gabe Kinzley :: Minister to Students email
Gabe Kinzley grew up as a pastor’s kid in Pasadena California. At a young age Gabe accepted Christ as his Savior but recommitted his life to Christ in Junior High as a result of hardships in his family and a presence of God that he had never experienced. Gabe later attended Azusa Pacific University where he met his beautiful wife Shelby Lynne his sophomore year and from then on couldn’t focus in class. They soon would marry and unexpectedly have a young son by the name of Jackson. It was after their second son’s birth (Ethan) that they decided to move from Southern California to Colorado to fulfill Shelby’s deep desire to be close to her parents. Gabe transferred with the company Jamba Juice to Boulder where he stumbled upon Cornerstone Church and instantly fell in love with Cornerstone’s authenticity and community. God soon pulled Gabe out of general management and into full time ministry through the clear voice of God. Recently Shelby and Gabe had their third and final child Gabriella Grace. Gabe feels passionate about being a part of students discovery of God and in turn equipping them with an unmovable foundation in God built upon Truth.

Amy Helling grew up on the North Shore of Chicago in a family of six.  Her faith in Jesus was realized in high school after much searching and brokenness.  In 2003 she transferred to the University of Colorado and graduated in 2005 with a degree in Philosophy.  She is married to Michael Helling and lives in Lafayette.  Her path in ministry has brought her to work with a wide range of students, from children to college.  The energy and impressionability of middle and high school age students is what drew her to full time ministry at Cornerstone.

Martha Townsend :: Director of Women's Ministries & Visitor Integration email
Martha Townsend is Cornerstone's director of women's ministries and Visitor Integration. She has a passion for women to develop in faith, love and grace as they grow in their understanding of God's love for them. She also has a passion for studying and applying God's word to their lives and being involved in the lives of other women. Martha previously was on staff with Campus Crusade for 16 years discipling college women and developing staff leadership. Paul, her husband of 28 years, went to be with Jesus in May 2008. She has 2 adult children, Bryan and Natalie who reside in the area and attend Cornerstone.

Kelley Ward :: Minister to Children & Families email
Kelley (a Colorado native) accepted Christ in 1^st grade when her girlfriend shared the gospel with her!  She now has a passion for seeing young children become equipped to share their faith and become godly adults and is excited to serve the children and families at Cornerstone.  She also takes great joy in encouraging parents in their most challenging task of raising children to follow Jesus.  She has faithfully served in a variety of capacities (many that involved kids) at Cornerstone for 18 years, has been married to her husband Steve for 17 years, and has three kids: Megan, Phillip, and Mitchell. 

Jill Fisk :: Nursery Director email
Jill is a stay-at-home mom who also home-schools 3 of her 5 children. Her husband Steve and she founded Cambodian Outreach Project and Asian Hope, two Non-Profit organizations in Cambodia (SE Asia) that continue to serve both orphans and widows and include 2 Christian schools with an emphasis on evangelism. They and their 5 birth children lived in Cambodia for 7 years, but now live in Longmont and run a landscaping business called GreenPro.
