Cornerstone Church is committed to being part of Disaster Relief both within and beyond our community.
As a church in friendly cooperation with the Southern Baptist Convention (SBC), we partner with the State and National Disaster Relief response teams. The Southern Baptist Disaster Response team is third in size behind the American Red Cross and Salvation Army.
The State Convention provides training in various areas of disaster relief as well as coordinates SBC volunteers from all over the state.
As a church, we are developing a plan to assist local agencies and government in the event a disaster occurs in our own community.
If you have a desire to participate in the planning of the Cornerstone Disaster Relief Committee or would just like to learn more about what we are doing, please email disasterrelief@gocornerstone.org or call Coordinator Greg Kline at 303.665.1015.
